Using the data collected from the automated
instrument and scanner one can produce a limited form of
tomography. The technique enables the inspector to view the inspection area from three directions as if the inspected area was transparent. In addition, individual slices can be reviewed at the frequency of the data lines either horizontally for the end view or vertically for the side view. Side View "C Scan".
